What is HRO?
HRO is a human resources organization that provides help with complicated personnel issues, and assists businesses in all the disciplines of employee supervision and management and the associated policies and procedures to help protect the business and its owners or stockholders.

The partners of HRO have many years of professional experience managing all aspects of Human Resources in any setting. We have the skill, background, and ability to assist businesses in implementing personnel programs that can provide support for both management and employees in their day-to-day activities. HRO will travel to off-site locations, including out-of-state.
