Our intended purpose in developing HR OutSourcing is two-fold:
1) To assist, advise, or handle matters for small businesses that do not have the resources, knowledge, skill, nor experience to manage matters that involve employees, government, opposing litigation, research, training, or even coordination with their own Counsel when it is necessary--thus allowing the Small Business Person to continue to do what they do best, which is developing their business.
2) To be able to step in on special needs or assignments where an existing Human Resources Manager or Director needs project work done that the HR staff simply cannot get to, yet the work must be done quickly and with high quality and integrity.
