With many years of professional experience managing all aspects of Human Resources in business settings, we have the skill, background and ability to assist businesses in implementing personnel programs that can provide guidelines for both management and employees in day-to-day activities.

In general, we believe we can help a business and its employees work more smoothly together, and when everyone is working in unison and headed the same direction, profit for all generally follows –– to say nothing about the longevity of the business and tenure for employees.

Keith Mills

Keith was born and raised on a farm near Lafayette, Indiana, and received an undergraduate degree in Education, and post graduate work in Guidance and Counseling at Indiana State in Terre Haute. He taught school for two years in Fort Wayne before moving to Industry and Human Resources Management in 1966. Past employers include Arvin Industries, TRW, and The Stanley Works. In 1993 he moved to Springfield and was employed by Aaron's Automotive, which was later sold to Aftermarket Technologies Corp. in 1994.

Wayne Gilbert

Wayne was born and raised in Arkansas, served with the United Stated Air Force, received his undergraduate degree in Finance at SMS (now Missouri State) and has lived and worked in Springfield since 1972. His employers included Positronic, Associated Wholesale Grocers, Litton, and Aaron's Automotive –– in all of which he had Human Resources responsibility and, in some cases, additional administrative duties.
